| The purchase must be
within 90 days of the return request. All returns must be authorized by
GERI (Glory Educational Resource Inc.). Authorization for returns may be
requested via fax or e-mail, after which GERI will authorize the return
through an authorization letter to the customer. Returns are allowed according
to the following schedule; all books & CDs are returnable for 100% credit
of the original purchase price if the boxes are not opened and products
are not used; all used or opened materials returned are subject to a 25%
restocking fee (75% credit). Please note that the customer must pay all
shipping & handling charges for the returned items. Only re-sellable condition
books & CDs are acceptable for return. |
